Au travers de trois axes : la Souplesse, la Stabilité, la Motricité

Publics et pré-requis

Enseignants titulaires du CQP, BPJEPS, DEJEPS ou DESJEPS en activité dans un club affilié à la FFJDA.

Objectifs à atteindre

Développer ses compétences pédagogique et théoriques pour une activité physique et psychomotrice initiatique à de nouveaux publics.

Introduire la progression technique TAÏSO dans un contexte général de pédagogie du mouvement et la situer en complémentarité des arts martiaux afin de répondre aux besoins des publics non initiés au judo.

Développer les savoirs faire techniques de cette nouvelle méthode, correspondant aux trois axes pédagogiques suivants : Souplesse, Stabilité, Motricité
